By applying to MythMind Scholars 2026, you agree to the following terms. These exist to keep the cohort safe, fair, and useful for every founder we accept.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 14 years or older. Applicants under 18 need parental or legal guardian consent before joining the cohort.
- You must currently be a student — high school, +2, college, university, bootcamp, or any recognised learning program counts.
- You are the actual founder (or co-founder) of the startup you're applying with.
- Your application details are truthful and your own.
2. Cohort size & selection
- MythMind Scholars 2026 accepts up to 5,000 applications per cycle.
- Only 200 founders receive an offer to join the cohort.
- Selection is based on founder mindset, clarity of problem, commitment, and cohort fit — not on family, network, or existing revenue.
- Decisions are final. We do not share individual review notes.
3. No fraud, no misrepresentation
- Do not submit fake identities, fabricated traction, plagiarised ideas, or forged documents.
- Do not apply on behalf of another person without their consent.
- Do not use MythMind Scholars branding, name, or acceptance status you have not earned.
- We reserve the right to reject, remove, or ban any founder for dishonesty at any stage — before, during, or after the cohort.
4. Cohort participation
- The 2026 batch begins Shrawan 18. Accepted founders are expected to attend sessions, respond to mentors, and commit the hours declared in their application.
- Missing sessions without notice or repeatedly breaking commitments may result in removal.
- MythMind provides mentorship, tooling, and support — it does not guarantee funding, revenue, hiring, or business outcomes.
5. Community conduct
- Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, abuse, or predatory behavior toward other founders, mentors, or staff.
- Do not share other founders' private information, decks, or materials outside the cohort.
- Respect confidentiality — what's shared in the cohort stays in the cohort.
6. Intellectual property
- You keep full ownership of your startup, product, and IP.
- MythMind does not take equity, royalties, or IP by virtue of you joining the program.
- Any separate investment or paid engagement is governed by its own signed agreement.
7. Termination
We may remove any founder from MythMind Scholars for fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, illegal activity, or serious breach of these terms. No refunds are owed for participation removed under these reasons.
8. Changes
We may update these terms to keep the program safe and workable. Material changes will be sent to applicants and cohort members by email.
