This policy explains what MythMind Scholars 2026 collects when you apply, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We only ask for what we actually need to run the cohort.

What we collect

• Contact info: your name, email, and phone number.
• Startup info: your brand name, the problem you're solving, and what help you need.
• Mindset answers: your motivations, fears, drive, and failure response.
• Vision & commitment: your 5-year vision and hours per week you can commit.
• Application metadata: the date you applied and your current application status.

Why we collect it

• To review your application and decide fit for the cohort.
• To contact you about status updates, sessions, and program logistics.
• To match you with the right mentors and resources if accepted.

How we store it

• Application data submitted from this page is stored locally in your browser so you can track your progress across reloads and visits.
• Data you send to founders@mythmind.co is stored in our team inbox for cohort review.
• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Who sees it

• The MythMind Scholars review team and assigned mentors.
• Service providers we rely on (email, hosting) — bound by their own privacy terms.
• Nobody else, unless legally required.

Your rights

• You can request a copy of your application data at any time.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your data — this may withdraw you from the cohort.
• You can withdraw your application before final decisions are sent.

Fraud & safety

We may retain records of applications flagged as fraudulent, plagiarised, or abusive so we can keep future cohorts safe. This is limited to what's necessary and is never shared for marketing.
